We’ve been loyal customers at this restaurant, visiting 3–4 times a week and always ordering the Mala Crayfish, which is usually flavorful and fresh. However, during our recent visit, the dish was clearly not fresh — the texture and taste were off. We politely brought this to the attention of the waitress, expecting a replacement or solution. To our surprise, she tasted it herself and began yelling at us in front of other diners, refusing to replace the dish. Although she eventually said we wouldn’t be charged, the unprofessional and rude behavior was shocking, especially given how often we support this restaurant. Restaurants should value regular customers, not embarrass them publicly for valid feedback. We hope the management takes this seriously and improves customer service
If you’re craving Chinese skewers BBQ and AYCE hot pot, this spot is a rare find. The food is decent—perfect for late-night snacks when you want something satisfying and flavorful. The skewers are packed with that smoky, grilled goodness, and the hot pot is a solid option if you’re in the mood for something heartier. Now, don’t expect any kind of service; you’re pretty much on your own here, which might not be ideal for everyone. But if you’re all about the food and not worried about attentive staff, it’s worth a visit, especially since they stay open late. Overall, great for quick bites and something unique you don’t come across often. TLDR: best AYCE hot pot AND Chinese skewers spot.
